Professional use only.

Apply an even layer of the Blooming Gel. Do not cure.
Create nail art using gel polish (draw) over the uncured Blooming Gel.
Let the color gel polish spread until your desired look. Cure it for 30-60 seconds
Finish with 1 more layer of diamond top coat

Note: Curing times may vary based on the wattage (power) of your LED/UV lamp.
